Jorge and his team installed our metal fence with "fleur de lis" design and integrated with Liftmaster electric swing gates in 2021.
The team was professional, on time and within budget.

The electric boxes that control the liftmaster gates were installed in the open, exposed to rain, snow etc. The team mentioned we don't need to install a cover/shade over the electric enclosure boxes as they are sealed.

Fast forward to August-October 2024:
1. The gates worked flawlessly for 3 years and suddenly started to fail - gates not closing, electric issues.
2. When I contacted Jorge, he was able to come over (for a fee) and fix "most" of the issues.
3. One of the gates was still not closing properly. Jorge mentioned there could be water in one of the electrical boxes.
4. After checking, there was indeed water in one of the electric enclosure boxes. I emptied the box of water and let it dry. This fixed the issue.
5. Now, we installed a little shade (see pics) over each of the electric enclosure boxes so they are protected from rain and snow. This is very important. Remember, the sealant degrades over time and water can get in causing damage.

Overall:
1. It was great working with AC Custom metal work, great quality product, good service, competitive pricing.
2. Trustable and dependable. I would still hire Jorge if I need a metal fence work.
3. I also recommended Jorge to some of my friends.

Jorge and his crew did a wonderful job on our gate and later on a handrail we needed at the entry of our home. Whenever I need anything I send Jorge a text and his guys just take care of it. Can't recommend them too much!

From start to finish was extremely pleased with the quality of work and the material used in the formation of my gate. All pieces used were top quality and durable. Very pleased with the finished product and the support I received after installation. Would highly recommend this company ! Had an issue with key pad. Called Jorge. I needed an electric gate to be installed at my residential housing. I combed through the entire city of Seattle’s electric gate companies that specializes in electric gate installation (unfortunately, I did not come across this company during my initial search). I narrowed down to two companies, company A who estimated 3 months of work and the other company B who estimated 11 months to finish. I initially went with company B, but I decided to cancel as there was no communication for a prolonged amount of time. I came across AC Custom Metal Work on my second round of search and I met Jorge for the initial estimation. I am very glad that I went with this company and highly highly recommend this company! The picture that I have attached speaks for itself on the quality of work that they delivered. Not only did this company have a much faster turnaround time, but the working crew were also very knowledgeable, very fast to respond and most importantly the quality of work was stunning!
