Our experience with Aaron's has been and IS - so far- great! There was a minor discrepancy in payment arrangements but when we brought it to their attention they adjusted the agreement accordingly and credited it to our next payment. They handled it politely and professionally. On one occasion we were a week late with payment and forgot to communicate... they contacted us and still remained polite and professional about it -- very graceful nice people.

THE STATE IS AMAZING! They're very understanding about most anything, regarding your payments, and are always willing to work with you (within reason). I don't usually shop at rent-to-own companies, but I have nothing but good things to say about this store. DID I MENTION THAT THE STAFF IS AMAZING

Ordered a laptop. Was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Filled out all of my paperwork and paid my first payment online. Has been 8 days. It has been at the store since friday. I called to see if i could pick it up instead. Apparently not. Was told yesterday it was scheduled for delivery today. Has not been delivered have to wait until monday. And they keep asking me when i am going to make my next payment. May just tell them to keep and go just buy one. Never going through them again.

Brought the wrong mattress then proceed to say they had to look at the cameras to see which bed we laid on after they were told what color and pretty much where they were in the store an that they were the used ones finally the person that done the order called back an said they would have the right ones there between 3 and 5 today so we will see if they get the right ones this time of not then they will be picking up everything we have from them. And the reason I gave them one star is I work in the same line of business as Aaron's I do deliveries and we make sure we have the right merchandise on the truck before we leave to the customers house.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Yes the staff are friendly, but everything they say is a lie. For starters they took my payment out 3 times and never gave me my money back so I was told that I didn't have to make my payment the next month since I showed bank statements proving they charged me 3 times well they charged my account again anyways. So now I have been charged 4 times for a washer and dryer that I've only had a month. I will be calling and having them come get it and demand my payments back. I would rather pay to go to a laundry mat than pay them $70 a month for a used washer and dryer it is so not worth it.
This is my first time renting anything and I will never do it again.
If you do rent from them use cash so they don't charge you like crazy and keep your money.
Really Unsatisfied I just hope they make it right. People on tight incomes with kids can not afford their bank accounts to be charged that much this many times.

Update: They did get me my money back .I also went in and rented a TV from them and they were friendly and did everything they could to help us. They redeemed themselves.

All of the folks working in Ft. Payne store are Wonderful to do business with. I love them all, they are always very helpful and a joy to deal with. Phillip is the BEST, so glad he's back in my Aaron's store!!!
