I've used AAA Electrician Services 3 times now for various electrical projects around the house and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. A special shoutout to Shawn Greenlaw, who handled the job with incredible expertise. His knowledge of electrical systems was very apparent in the way he diagnosed and resolved issues quickly while explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Many thanks to Shawn and AAA Electrical Services! For a variety of reasons my usual electrician was unavailable to replace a dryer outlet. The old one had fused to the dryer plug and I needed it replaced before I could use my new dryer. After a couple of weeks waiting on my electrician I looked up recommendations on the East Haddam town website. AAA was given positive comments by several customers. I gave them a call and Shawn called back at the time he said he would return my call. Although he was booked up he put me on a wait list to fit me in ASAP, understanding that although this was not an emergency, it was an inconvenience for me.

He called yesterday to see if he could come this morning (within the week)- he was right on time and immediately assessed the situation and plan of action for the replacement. Of course nothing is as straightforward as it should be and he had to go through several additional steps to get things right. He also proactively pointed out an inevitable issue with the washer outlet which and took care of it on the spot.

Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable and personable and I will definitely reach out to AAA for future electrical work.

John came by right on time. Very friendly and easy to work with. Fixed one bad outlet, installed night light switches and receptacles. He also looked at some work I had done and said it looked just fine.

AAA did an amazing job bringing electric to my gazebo, installed two lamp posts and a flood light.
Shawn came out, within 36 hours, to give me an estimate and options for the jobs I needed done. I appreciated that he was not a hard sell guy, was personable and explained options available. He scheduled the project to be done within the week.
5 days later, Shawn's crew came out and arrived right on time. the two guys were awesome. They were really nice guys and walked me through the project before starting. These guys have a strong work ethic and very knowledgeable. This knowledge and their explanations were very helpful. I am a guy who views electricity as magic and have no idea how it works. So them explaining things was very helpful. The job was clean, fast and well done. The guys walked me through all the work afterward, explained what they did and answered any questions I had. overall, it was a great experience. I am already making a list of other projects to get done. You can bet your bottom dollar I will be calling AAA to do them.

They responded to our phone inquiry in a timely manner and fit us onto their schedule when it worked best for us. If we need any additional electrical work done on the house they will be the first people we call.
