Patrick and Spencer were my techs and they did a phenomenal job. I have heat, I can already feel the difference inside the house. They did a great install, made sure everything was sealed tight. Took me thru how to change the filters, how to run the new thermostat. Gave me all the info to make sure I'm comfortable operating this new system. And they did it so fast! Started at around 8am and finished right as I got home bout 2:30, just doing clean up. Super nice guys and I'm glad I chose A-1.

January 2025 - Just before the coldest week we had this year my furnace was acting up. Vince from A-1 came and checked and believed it was the blower motor and they would need to order parts for the older furnace. Took time to receive parts but Vince returned and replaced parts quickly. My furnace is operating well again and I'm grateful for the quick attention and professionalism.

AC quit on a Thursday afternoon with temps close to 100 degrees! I called early Friday morning and they could get someone out that afternoon. Nicholas got there at about 4 and was doing checks. He was very nice and he was funny. We joked about things. He got the unit fixed and it works well again. Didn't cost both arms and legs and his visit was appreciated. Nicholas is a credit to the company.
9/4/24 Another one. My furnace vent was badly rusted. John and Shawn removed the old, which was a lot of work, and installed new. I am less concerned about carbon monoxide now.

Robert Nail is a fantastic technician. He’s tried everything in his power to make sure we are satisfied and taken care of. He’s compassionate and professional, and it shows in his efforts. We are definitely appreciative of Robert and his time.
John is another good one!
Though we are still not up and running (though no fault of A-1s) I would recommend either one of them for your plumbing needs!

UPDATE: I went in the attic to get Christmas supplies and saw my dryer vent duct had an opening where it connects with an S curve tubing to the upper duct that leads to the roof. They must have knocked the tubing off the duct when they cleaned the dryer vent duct. There was dryer lint all over that area in the attic from the last 3 months. It cost over $500 just to get the dryer vent duct cleaned to later find out they knocked the tubing connection off.

Our AC failed us when we got home with our newborn. A-1 got the job done in a timely manner. We are happy with the service (Cody & Spencer) and the new HVAC system. However, it still seems overpriced. If I had more time, I would have had at least 3 companies give me a quote. We also had our ducts and the dryer vent cleaned. I will probably just buy the tools to clean the dryer vent myself next time to save a lot of money. I was able to pay the initial deposit online (50%) for the HVAC replacement. I recommend they get Apple Pay or PayPal as an option online. Additionally, I recommend having a small vacuum on hand to clean up the metal shavings and debris from the install. Overall, we are pleased with the service and recommend A-1 as long as they offer a competitive price.

A1 and their technician Nick were extremely helpful. Nick worked fast and was professional, kind, personable and knowledgeable. We've been dealing with some plumbing & gas pipe leak issues and Nick was in our home multiple times in the past couple weeks. All of our experiences with Nick were great! Every single person involved in helping me with my water heater was outstanding. Kaela and Alexis both helped schedule my appointment, and they have the rare ability to be professional without being impersonal. Trevor arrived right on time to do the repairs. He was able to explain the situation in terms I could understand, worked efficiently, is clearly knowledgeable in his field, and has a great personality for customer service. If you choose any other business to get your water heater serviced, you have made a terrible mistake. A-1 for the win!
