Very professional. Sean was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I am a single of three and I am attorney. I am always weary of being taken advantage of. Sean was very professional and respectful. Once I have my money in order I will definitely be using A1 Chimney.

The A1 chimney service was not what we expected it to be. The service man showed up at the house and told us that the thermocouple for the gas fireplace had to be replaced. He did not have the parts with him. He said that the company will let us know the estimate for the part and labor. He
collected $99 and left. Next day we got an estimate and it was not for repair but to replace the entire gas log system for $2500. What a rip off! Our gas fireplace is fairly new and needs repair not replacement. We will not be using them again.
Addendum:
We were very surprised to receive a response to our Google review from A1 Chimney. Not expecting too much, we decided to contact them. The support staff, including the manager, were very patient, polite and apologetic about our experience. They were concerned about maintaining their stellar reputation. They refunded our money. It is rare to see this level of customer service. Kudos to this company. Keep up the good work.

Zack came a did a thorough inspection of our wood stove and identified an issue with the furnace I wasn’t even aware of. I’m always wary of trying new companies but the reviews were spot on and I’m a grateful customer for the professional service.

A1 showed up on time. Mike was the technician who serviced our chimney. Very polite and courteous. Was very professional. Gave me a report regarding his inspection of the chimney and other inspected areas. Will definitely use A1 again. Mike gets 2 thumbs up!
