This company is way too outdated. The only way to make a payment is by mail or go to their office. That is very inconvenient and very inconsiderate of their customers. Considering the $40 $60 $100 fees and disconnection if your not able to get to the office or your fee doesn’t get through the mail on time. Everything has gone digital for convenience and consideration of customers. They need to do better.
