Update: MAKE SURE YOUR TRAILER IS SPOTLESS INSIDE
Park on the street BEHIND the metal frame trailer. Do not park on any painted curb, do not pull into their driveway to check in. Park on the street then walk to door 137 at the left end of the docks in the corner of the building to check in. Need a 5 digit number starting with "S_ _ _ _ ". They'll call you if there isn't a dock, I got docked immediately and they started loading me immediately. When light is green DO NOT PULL OUT but walk back to the office for paperwork first. I was loaded in 20 minutes.

Attention drivers!! It is very slow to load here. Today I had a bad experience. My load came out overweight and the people at the office are very rude. I went back to tell them to remove 940 pounds that I had overweight and they refused to lower the weight. They told me that the load was like that and that if I wanted to carry it like that or else I should let it go. I refused to do it because as a driver I know that on the scale the problem will be for me. So they took the load from me because I refused to take it with an overweight load. Be careful when you leave there loaded, weigh it because the weight that the paper says is not correct and if you go with overweight, go back, do not risk carrying a load with a weight that is not legal.

They have different locations in the same area. I had to drive 4 plus miles from what I thought was my receiving point to the correct one. Once there they took care of business efficiently. Blindside 45 degree dock but plenty of room at the County Lane 191 docks. Empty at 2300 and closest truck stop Phillips 66 off I 49 with a 24 hr Indian Restaurant still had plenty of parking available

Park your truck on the street where you can!!! Go to office you write paper and carefully read!!!!! Returning to the truck and waiting for the call, they will call you and give the door. When they unload and give a green light, DO NOT POOL FORWARD!!, you go first to the office then they will let you leave and put the sell. I loading 7 ours, broker didn’t make the appointment... double check!!!!

Hatefullest ? rude people ever work there don't pickup your loads there they take forever to load one truck at a time ! And lie about when they will load you . They have NO PARKING even for when you wait to load employees fill up the street with cars leaving no room for trucks but they say PARK IN STREET LMAO REALLY MOVE YOUR CARS ! Fire lane one side with empty trailers beyond to corner employee cars other side and NO PARKING TO CORNER SIGNS I AN DOUBLE PARKED TO TAKE PHOTO ! FIRST AND LAST LOAD I HAUL FOR THEM !
LET HOHOHOGAN HAUL THEM !
STAY AWAY! Just park anywhere on the street their employees left you a spot and wait forever ?

Personally I had a good experience. Pulled with a dry load. Parked in the street, checked in a day early before my appt time. Was given door right away and unloaded withing 30 minutes. Great service!

Ok... I see all these steering wheel holders leaving reviews and even the ones who claim they aren't ain't even leaving a worthwhile review so let me give you the info you definitely need.

If you're driving a tanker you turn on 27th Ave and go to door 102.

If you're dropping off in a dry van you turn on 27th Ave and go to door 102.

If you're driving a reefer you turn on 25th Ave and go to door 137.

If you're driving a dry van and picking up you turn on 25th Ave and go to door 137.

Do not park in any If the parking lots. Find a place on the street and walk to the warehouse for check in. They will not give you the time of day if you're in the parking lot.

Overnight parking... you can find curbside parking on the street if you wanted to sleep there. There's a few truck stops nearby but if too late they fill up fast and this will be your only option.

There's a porta potty on 25th Ave location. I didn't see one on 27th Ave but there might be one over there somewhere.

I arrived 3 hours early and they called me at my exact appointment time for loading. Maybe different for some but they made me wait until my appointment. I was loaded in about 30 mins once I was backed in. That's pretty fast. The staff was friendly.
