Great place to deliver got there Monday evening for Tuesday morning delivery they didn't ask any questions just unloaded me but please drivers if you are routed up AR-23 from I 40 please do not travel it it's not for 53' tractor and trailer

Arrived late (dispatchers fault). They took me right in, landed me quickly, plenty of room to back. They open and seal forts from the inside. They bring the bills out to you.

Easy delivery in and out in less than 1hr, delivery dock is on the back lots of room to maneuver both sides!!!! DELIVERY HOURS ARE FROM 6:30AM TO 10PM

I did a pickup showed up 4 hours before my appointment time was given a dock door right away loaded and bill's in hand in about 90 minutes nice staff clean place

Place is absolutely ridiculous. Noone seems to speak or understand English. The shipping window is like 8 feet off the ground and reefer running beside it so you have to speak up and repeat yourself 100 times because noone speaks English. The guards are cool

They need to all get on the same page. I was in another city and called to ask what time my load would be done. I was told 5 because they would all be out of here by 5:30 tonight. I show up at 5 on the dot and was told it will be between 6 and 7 before the paperwork is ready. I have other loads to run tonight across multiple States. Now, I will not only be racing the clock due to HOS but I will likely have to drive tired and risk the safety of myself and others because they can't figure out how to print paperwork in less than 2 hours...GREAT JOB BUTTERBALL!!!

Really nice and helpful people ?. Despite the many many things going on in the world these folks were friendly and relaxed. It's rare to encounter this type of employees. Hope they remain there until I retire. One more thing. No one paid me to say this. I won't sell my soul like that. Peace
