It's 2024 and between people working and then having no website, no payments except cash it's actually stupidly annoying to deal with this company. As others have mentioned they'll shut the water off even if you're not late. If y'all see this, PLEASE JOIN US IN MODERN TIMES. Get a website and accept credit and debit.

Absolutely backwoods. Cannot get a paper bill to show what is owed. Placed blame on customer for not receiving bill. Gladly charging fees. Hard to pay a bill when you do not know the ammout. But were supposed to know.Absoutly rude an no consecration that it might be there fault weather it be an honest clerical error or just no concern for the customer. But the country has a monopoly on the area and you have to pay the late fees any reconnect fee and just go along with it but yet never receiving one bill. Have made multiple attempts in the past give them second address option when physically having to drive to another city and make the payment because they don't accept credit or debit an cannot pay remotely without getting a bill an mailing them a payment. All i can say is DO BETTER

They will turn off your water when everyone is home at night, like they think you won't notice. It even says on the bill you have until closing time on the due date to pay. Thanks for turning our water off a day early.. If there were another company to switch to, we would.

Been dealing with the association for years, and they have always been very helpful, friendly and willing to head you in the right direction to accomplish your goals. Sometimes you have to deal with others in order to legally get everything done. Thank you all for your help and years of service!!!
