I bought a stove with delivery and installation. I didn't have to do anything but open the door on the delivery date. I was notified when the truck left the store and given a link to follow the truck's progress so I knew exactly when they'd arrive. The 2 delivery men installed and checked the stove prior to leaving. They explained the manufacturer warranty and the Plyler warranty and answered all my questions. Very professional and very friendly service.

From beginning to end this has been the best appliance buying experience! The salesman, Tim, was honest and upfront about everything. The delivery men Khristian and David were very polite, friendly and hardworking to get the job done. John Plyler will have our business again when/if we ever need new appliances.

Purchase of new refrigerator from John Plyler Home Center was a breeze! Professional and courteous delivery team. Update one month later: unfortunately my new refrigerator had some issues with the coils freezing up and I had to have their repairman out a few times. Hopefully replacing a defective part has solved the problem. The repairman was very courteous and prompt each time. Another update: Two weeks later, still freezing up, repairman finally changed out the control board. Hopefully this will fix it.
