Contacted about a balier. Salesman James immediately tried to upsale me and would not give me a pice on the bailer I Contacted them about. Then he said he would call me back with a price on the one I ask about after I insisted. Aswell as the one he recommended. I never heard back. Its hay season I needed a bailer now.

Call down and I always get a different story as to why I can get service or parts to look up a part. They always take my name say he will call me back. Never does. I’ve lost days to them giving me the run around.

Bought a used skid steer with 3 months of warranty on it from them. Absolutely refuse to fix the problems they promised to fix. Dropped it off twice for two weeks each time and absolutely nothing done about the situation

Refused to do warranty work on tractor since I did not buy my tractor from there. Made many other purchases through them, but only reason I didn’t buy tractor there initially was because they had zero in stock and couldn’t order me one. I definitely will not be purchasing any additional supplies or parts from them in the future.

Drove to Glenwood today from Hot Springs to see their inventory of used tractors. When we arrived, we walked around their lot, although several people were outside, not ONE person said" hello" or " can we help you?"

We then decided to check inside the sales office. Finally found the office cat, and their office person. She asked if she could help, and we told her we were in the market for a nice used tractor. She told us "James" was outside, but would be inside in a few minutes.

About 2 minutes later, another man came inside, looked at us very suspiciously and finally asked if he could help us. Again looking for a nice used tractor. Again, told to wait for James.

Two people that could not be bothered to pull up the inventory, tell us what they had, and the price. That was more than enough for us.
We will take our business else where.

We bought our tractor from them a couple of months ago. Since then we have bought some attachments. Today, they went out of their way to help us find a tip for our auger that will cut through hard ground more easily. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

They came picked my tractor up in may for frontend work, i got it back 4 months later. Someone had stolen my horn/light switch and my wiring harness not to mention my steering wheel bolt cap. Pin had been taken from my loader and replaced with a long pen. Now i have no lights to work after dark or flashing lights to drive down the road, not to mention the horn my grandson loved to push when he rode on it with me.I told the owner with no response,. I finally paid them the $2000 they billed me for but i wouldnt buy anything from them or recommend sending anything to them for repair. I know i won't, expensive lesson learned for me. And to top it off it turns ok to the right but doesn't turn very sharp to the left. I got burnt good on this deal.
