I don't typically have a lot of problems with them, that's why the three stars. But, I called this morning to get some clarification on some policy, and the clerk was incredibly short with me. It's not my fault that the policies aren't made known to people when they first turn their water on with you. Maybe you ought to print something out and mail it around to everyone know what all of your policies are and be consistent with enforcement because this sometimes we're gonna do one thing and sometimes we're not is irritating and inconvenient.

The absolute worst water department. They dont give out shut off notices and only give 10 days to pay the bill before they disconnect, but you never get anything in writing that says its going to be shut off in 10 days. My bill is due on the 15th. Today is the 23rd and they shut my water off and there is no way to get ahold of them after hours. Terrible customer service. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any utility company.
