I had my submersible pump stop working on a weekend, I called 4 pump service places that were supposed to be open 24 hrs. Risner Cantrell was the only one to return my call. I called on a Sunday around 8:00 am, they were at my residence by 10:00 am, and were finished by a little after 12:00pm! They pulled my pump, replaced the pump and wire and put the pump back in. They are very professional, courteous, kind and motivated . All around good experience. I highly recommend them.

We called Dusty to ask about setting up the old well for our new build; the same day, he came out to look at what we had. He explained everything we needed to do and then came back the next day and completed the work. He’s a nice guy, knows what he’s doing, and is reasonably priced. Dusty answered his phone the very first time I called. Then he actually did what he said he would. We had a tight timeframe to work with on our closing and we were so impressed and refreshed to work with such a professional company, with integrity to do what they say, when they say they will do it. We hired him for our well inspection and then to do the work necessary to reconnect an old well after we purchased the property. Then we had a leak a month or so later- I called him at 8am and he was there by 9am to fix it, no charge. I would recommend Dusty's company to anyone and everyone! I wish there were more companies out there today with the same values and work ethic.

Highly recommended!
We lost our well service during a recent cold snap. Called Risner Cantrell Pump Service in the evening and left a message. Dusty returned our call within an hour. He came out the next morning, diagnosed our problem and fixed it within an hour of arrival.
Quick, friendly service, reasonably priced.

Called due to well not providing water. They were quick on getting water to me but after explaining what I had done to the pressure switch. They got water flowing again but then it stopped they told me I had dirty filters (strainer). Turns out they didn’t fix anything! Didn’t replace anything! I got online and bought a pressure switch and changed myself problem solved. For 350$ they could have replaced the switch.
Replying to response: after explaining on phone that I suspected the switch and I had used sandpaper on contacts but didn’t look in best shape. For what you charged me for really doing nothing the price of a switch 20$ you could have changed regardless! That my friend is customer service!!! And I love the perfect post after mine when you only had like six.
