I've used these guys in the past. When I called today to get a quote on having a charcoal box made for my smoker (12x16x8) made out of expanded metal grate material, I was told it would be a minimum of $250 and at least 2 weeks out. Guess they didn't want our business any more.

Called to see about having a piece cnc cut out of a piece of 5/16 metal. I was talkin to Spencer about what I needed. I just started to tell him about it when he told me that they don't do that kind of stuff. Told him he didn't even know what I was going to ask them to do. He laughed and said to go ahead. And then he hung up on me. At least find out what the customer wants before saying that you don't do it.
