These guys are the best. I've been dealing with an insurance claim and have had these guys out to my house for multiple leaks over the past few weeks. They even rerouted my entire water line to the attic. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Greg, Joey, Jackson, and Dustin have all been a pleasure to work with and have made this unfortunate situation so much better. If you're looking for good plumbers, don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Truly impressed with James Dickey, the HVAC manager. After introducing himself, he explained the entire dryer vent cleaning process in great detail. After the dryer vent was cleaned, James was professional enough to show me photos of his handiwork. He was meticulous and thorough. We were really pleased. I will certainly use Superior Facility Services in the future. Great first impression.

I'm confused and disappointed.

We recently had a fan motor go out on our condenser unit. Through our home warranty we were given Superior to work with. We had a great experience with a contractor who was doing everything he could do to help. He had some previous engagements and would not be our repairman in the near future after our last appointment. During the last appointment with him he had to order a part through our home warranty company and said that his co-workers would be in contact with us to finish the repair in his stead.

This man was amazing and was a 10/10 guy. He made your business look good.

We awaited a call from Superior to schedule our next appointment once they had obtained the part. We waited for a week and then decided to call them instead. We gave them our information and they repeated it back to us. The Superior representative then told us that they "no longer service HVAC systems" and that we would need to call our home warranty company for further instruction. Our home warranty company called Superior and confirmed the details. Our company now has to find us another contractor to work through.

Superior dropped us like a rock. We've been patiently working with this company and made some real headway and then they didn't even finish the job they had committed to. We've been 15 days in humid 85 degree Arkansas weather without air conditioning and Superior never made a courtesy call to us that we would need to find another contractor. They forgot about us.

Do yourself a favor and find someone, anyone else to do business with. This company is a waste of time.

Superior is an exceptional company who provides great customer service and professionalism all the way! I had a member of the HVAC department out to my home to check on my furnace and air conditioner. A solution was found fast and a plan to fix within the next day! I recommend Superior to anyone needing any of their services.

James and Ralph were very knowledgeable and professional. Took time out of the job to answer any and all questions my wife and I had and still got the installation of our heat and air unit done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
