Didn't find more than a handful of edible strawberries in two long rows of plants. They should not of even been open for business at that point. I don't know if it's a bad year or what. This is 2024 season.

Love getting fruits and veggies from here. Always super friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the sweet corn I bought. Nice big ears and kernels. Great taste and was able to put up a lot for the freezer. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Strawberries were picked over a half hour after they opened (wasn't able to fill a quart), May 13. Also, there's no bathroom.

We took my 16 month old grandson to the Appel pumpkin patch and had a blast! Friendly people. Good prices on pumpkins and the other things they sell (honey and a few other veggies when we were there). And most of all, well thought out areas for family fun. They had set up places for adorable fall pictures - with bails of hay, cute signs and pumpkins (blankets were in place so the kiddos didn't have to sit directly on the hay if they didn't want to!) They also had a sign with height marks on it, so pictures year after year would be adorable and show how the kids grow! (Such a smart, thoughtful idea!) They also had a very clean, corn pit for the little ones to play in (another sweet memory maker and photo op, without the little ones getting horribly dirty, while experiencing the farm!) The Appel family is friendly, welcoming and just seemed to be good people! (Thank you so much for opening your hearts and farm for others to enjoy!) Great experience and priceless family memories! (We plan on making this a yearly tradition!)

Fun for the whole family! You get to pick the fresh produce yourself or purchase some already packaged.

This is where we buy our whole pig. They have the order sheet for the butcher, so the process is simple. I give down payment, order cuts, pay farm invoice when it goes in, pay the butcher on pickup.

The meat is delicious. I never knew there could be such a difference between store bought and farm pork.

If you want well cared for pork, this is the place to inquire.

Farm fresh other? You bet.

This honey is amazing! I have been trying to switch from using cane sugar to honey for years, but the honey often alters the taste of my tea. However, when my sister Maria brought this up from Arkansas to share with her family in Ohio, I was hooked! This is the first batch of honey from the spring and tastes scrumptious!
