Checked in for an appointment at 2PM with 10 trucks in line waiting on the side of street. It took them 11 hours after appointment time to load my trailer and i left at 1AM next day, already being late for delivery. Hope will never have to come back here again.

Shipping/receiving turn onto mills st, then right on Rhodes st And you will see sign... nice ppl. My appt was at Saturday at 6pm, I was there at 9am and they unload me in 20 min... if receiving door are locked, go to the shipping office and they will help you... maybe couple spots for overnight

11/09/2023, like the reviews say, Do Not Turn down Spring Street! There are posted no truck signs all down that road. Turn onto N Mills street. Staff was friendly and nice. I am not sure if it was because I arrived earlier then my appt that it took 3 hours for loading to be complete.

Truck waiting on Rhodes ave. Truck do move every 15-20 minutes. Why would you order so many trucks while not having Truck parking.

There's a street (spring st) once you get close that says " No trucks" Take it. It's only a block to a right turn that puts you driving into the facility. If your picking up, turn left into the place and park. Wendy, the shipping clerk is super nice and clear on the procedure. Was in and out in like an hour. Awesome.

Quick pick up with excellent office woman. The loaders are a bit careless and rude. They loaded us quickly but ran into the trailer walls several times with the forklift and left marks and small amounts of damage. Additionally, instead of just leaving our load bar by the doors or locking it behind the load, they chose to throw it on top. Why? Also, I would not suggest dropping your trailer for them to load because the yard dog is just as careless. He drug the landing gear for about ten feet on the trailer to our left, then banged up the trailer to our right pretty good while trying to get it into their dock. He's in way too much of a hurry. The dock guy that calls to let you know what dock to go to also sounds like he's as lively as a dead dog or a box of rocks. Pulling into the facility is nothing short of barely organized chaos. Narrow left lane for waiting in is clogged with idiots that can't fallow directions. This place is obviously not run or supervised by anyone who has ever been in a truck. The quick loading and office lady are the only reasons this placed scored as high as it did. Have your pu number trailer number and DL handy when you walk in and check in is fast and easy.

My appointment was 6 am I checked in at 5:54 am and I got off load in 40 minutes staff was really cool specially lady inside she was very nice thank you

Very good reviews by drivers before me. Thank you for the directions. From Huntsville Ave turn left on Mills St and right on Rhodes Ave. Check in was easy even though I was 3 hours early.
