Very friendly and helpful. I was looking for eye-screws for birdhouses. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed help. I was shown exactly where they were. New to the area; I didn't realize Dierks had such a nice hardware store. I was driving to Nashville AR. Now I don't have to.

My grandpa went up there to buy oil and a filter to change the oil in his truck, and for some reason was charged $102?!?! Terrible business if you’re going to take advantage of an elderly person. Do better.
