I spent much of my off-season calling dealers around Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and even one out of Iowa. I needed a mower for my new lawn care service, but more importantly, i have roughly 20+ acres i have to manage due to aging family members. Jacob at Carrs was by far the best salesman I came across. Jacob actually took the time to listen to my wants vs. my needs at a price i can manage even during the off-season. I also spent a lot of time checking specs of other brands vs. their pricing, and honestly, Gravely just couldn't be beaten from my research. Jacob also took the time and told me things to look for in other brands due to me being from NWA. The price and customer service from Jacob and Carrs is far better than what i received from all of my local dealers, so the decision was pretty easy to make. I've got 32 hours on this zt hd 52" all of which have been amazing. It has handled everything I've needed, and I've not had any issues with it at all. It has been a work horse, and the cut quality is great. IMO, the machine is pretty fairly balanced and provides great stability. I mow a lot of rough, rocky hillside, and this thing has handled it all with ease. Carrs also had a great stock of machines to meet most everyones needs. It's worth the drive if you're looking for a mower, and i can't thank Jacob enough for a great first experience. I will be back!

Paid 82.22 just for a change of belt on a tractor took less than 10 min. The week before went for the same thing and only paid 20. Definitely not going back
