Our shop was installed in May of last year. We have been battling with this company since the day it was “completed” about an issue with the garage doors. We currently have 1 garage door that is demolished due to their failure to send the correct springs, and install correctly. This 200lb garage door came crashing to the ground with my husband under it.
I have already paid $1500 out of my own pocket just to a local garage door company just to make our 3 garage doors SAFE to use.
I have reached out to them several times per month asking for them to just replace the garage door to no avail. I believe the only way in resolving this issue now is to take them to court and sue them as obviously, after 7 months of being nice and understanding about it that has gotten us no where.
I am extremely frustrated and am only asking they send new garage door panels as I do not have a retailer in my service area that has the same design ones as the others.

I had recommended this company to others as they were great to work with in the planning stages, but have now completely failed us and I do not recommend you use this company,
