Good hardware and project store located in south Jonesboro. Their prices are comparable and sometime cheaper than the competition in town. They carry most of the same items are the competition as well as their own brand products and proprietary merchandise too. The staff are generally friendly and helpful if you need assistance while there and getting into and out of the store is easy and quick. This is the only Home Depot in the area so if you specifically need to visit this store, it can be out of the way. Overall, not a bad shop for the items they carry.

I live 50 miles away from the nearest home Depot in Jonesboro. I called ahead of time to see if they have a particular tool I needed to rent, and was told yes they had several. I drove the 50 miles there only to be told they didn't have any. I asked to see a manager. I explained to the young man my situation and was told there was nothing he could do because he did not know who answered the call. I asked for a discount on the rental for driving a hundred miles out of my way for nothing. Again I was told there was nothing he could do. ? I explained again to him that I had rented the tools a week before and had to return it because it was not working properly. That was another 100 mi round trip for nothing. Again, there was nothing he could do.

Went in to buy a new fridge and washer dryer set, looked around and found what we wanted . Stood around and waited for some assistance from store employee for over 20 minutes finally went and ask a lady if she worked there her response was “yes but I’m on my lunch” and turned the other way. I left the store and took my business elsewhere I will never again step foot in this Home Depot. If you work in customer service you should be about customer service.

This is the second time I have got lumber here and both times I loaded on cart with no help 2x8x16 treated you would think they would help. Think twice Home Depo when you run across a customer that has hurt himself in your store you might wish your employees would've helped

Absolutely redicilious service. service desk called twice for someone to help me find the items I needed I waited 45 minutes NO ONE even attempted to ask me if I needed help just walked by. I will from now on use Lowe's or anywhere else besides home Depot!! They don't even deserve a rating at all it was definitely below a zero!

They seem very prejudiced towards people of color customer service was very poor. Couldn’t do a quote or take orders over phone.
