These people give the worst service and have the worst attitude ever seen from a company. Maybe quit acting like a bunch of rude hillbillies and actually do what you are there to do. Stay far away. They have zero morals or class. Especially the Lady running the place! Has to be the nastiest attitude I have ever met Would leave 0 if was possible

I bought a new heat/air system from them and got a better deal than from other places. Also offered financing and service after the sale. This is a good place to go if you own a mobile home.

Purchased a Door/Storm Door combo from them for $900. Installed it to perfectly level, door itself wouldn’t shut all the way, the storm door wouldn’t close correctly, and then noticed there were cracks in the door jam in multiple places within two weeks of installing. I wasn’t living at the residence at the time so the door wasn’t being used at all after installation. The door frame mounting screws mount from the outside so it wasn’t caused by a screw, etc. I called about a warranty because I believe the frame itself is off, they asked if I had a receipt and I told them yes. They said they’d call me back, never did. Also sold me the wrong hardware for my storm door. Here it is months later, and my storm door STILL doesn’t close correctly. Will not be doing business with this place anymore.

Ordered a set of steps for my mother's Mother Day. Was told that steps would be ready for pick up at Noon. Had planned to take my Mother to lunch at 12:30. Arrived on time with two men and truck in tow. Steps were not ready as promised. Still being built. Told it would be approx 30 more minutes. After approx 1.25 hours ask to speak to owner. While waiting for owner to get off phone notice that one of the main railing piece was not a full board ,have dark rough bark and splintered area. Looked very unprofessional-not acceptable at the front of a home. Probably ok for deer camp or some other use. Also one top rail was split by screw. Needless to say at this point, I lost it.
When owner finally came out of office it was very apparent that she could care less. She did not engage in conversation about what I had experienced. She just simply stated well "it is fixed" now. Poorest customer service I have experienced. After the length of time wasted because the steps were not ready, having to replace some of lumber (increasing wait time)as well as having two guys on the clock more time, she never offered an apology. Pitiful!!
The only person trying to correct the problem was Steve (the young man building the steps). He also offer a sincere apology. Too bad the owner has such little regard for customer satisfaction.
Would never recommend the business to my worst enemy.

P&R is an amazing company. They installed my air and skirting in a timely manner and they stand behind their work! We've maintained our unit through this company and we've never had any issues. Definitely would suggest them for all of your mobile home air conditioning and other supplies!

i want it to buy just a replacement for window screen ,the guy sad its $40 i was shocked i just said i don t want it .OMG what its this highway robbery 40 bucks for a dam screen what its wrong with this people i wonder why they never have any customers i rather drive all the way to HABITAT store in Little Rock and get one for $ 2 ,dont spend your money at this store when you can save a bundle whom ever the owner is they need some brains because a dam screen don t cost $40....i will never ever go back there

They had everything I needed for my mobile home. They did good work in a professional and timely manner. Very happy with the service man and with the office during scheduling. I will diffidently be a repeat customer in the future if I need anything for my mobile home.

Down at P&R, Luke and the boy's down there take good care of you and your needs. I could not be happier with my visit. The parts were quality and NOT exactly what I was looking for... and when I bought the wrong color for the homeowner by accident, they swapped me out, no problems. Thanks P&R!
