If you deal with this place do not deal with Anthony, he delivered my sisters brand new car with weeks of dirt and salt spray off the interstate from setting on there lot, I was told the car would be cleaned and detailed before bringing the car to my sisters house. So how many new car owners would like to see there new car pulling in the driveway looking like this. Sister took her first ride out in her new car, she went to use the windshield fluid to clean the windshield but ran out of fluid, that shows the car wasn’t even checked out before delivering the car, not even the basic things were checked. Every step of my purchase was exceptional. Even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive everyone was invested in making sure that I got the vehicle I wanted and making sure I was kept informed about what was happening. We have never enjoyed buying a vehicle like we did at walkers . Everyone was very helpful and really nice . I love my vehicle and the experience we had there. The professional and friendly people of Walker Chevrolet is above and beyond any of the other dealerships we visited in the past 3-4 days prior to buying from Walker Chevrolet. We would recommend them whole heartedly. Our salesman Anthony was so knowledgeable and answered every question. We also met several other employees there, it seems to be more than co-workers, more like family and friend. If you need a truck, Anthony is the man to talk too.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst place, do not buy a vehicle from them. The service department and communication from them is terrible. They had my vehicle for 9 months, kept giving me the run around about it, kept telling me my parts were on back order. Would rarely ever return my phone calls after leaving multiple messages with them. When I finally do get my car back, my battery is completly dead. I am still getting the run around about them getting me a new battery, that they let die & refusing to pay for my rental. I don't even know if the issue is even fixed, because I can't drive it!!! This place is an absolute joke! Be prepared to reach out to the BBB if you deal with them.

Was given great service treated with royality thanks replaced radiator & oil cooler lines service also noticed water pump bearing failure also was replaced shuttled us to hertz to pick up rental stayed until rental was confimed was able to return rental to dealership rental was all covered under Allstate Protection plan Thanks for great service
