I had my gutter and leaf filter destroyed by a storm. Leaf filter showed up as soon as I called to give me an estimate for insurance and then once approved. They were professional and very cooperative at getting the new one installed. These lead filters are life savors if you have a lot of trees. I highly recommend them and this company.

I brought my boys to the multi fest, the only festival I will attend in the state and gave time to a gentleman at a leaf filter vendor and he was informative for my boys and I am as they slightly played with his gutter set up and I wanted them to stop but as people do, he said it was fine and it took away from the professionalism of the set to me and for my standards, strike one, I told him I was in the military and from jersey, fast forward to the next day I bring my ex wife and he waves us down seeing us, so we walk over and I let him talk to her and “sign her up”, and I just let him, because I do not know why else he would call me and her over, then he claim he “sees” what my ex wife was doing. What do you mean, you called us over here to sell us something, oh you didn’t you wanted to ask her who was in the military and something about Jersey, my hometown that made me. I don’t play with my life experiences lightly, never did, and he lost a potential customer showing his true colors at a festival celebrating the very same history the country is trying to forget.

Man the nerve of some people.

Remember this is my experience. My life not yours.
I am in a long fight with the school system because this state is number 48 in math, science and reading scores yet people love to dislike the individual from another background and state.
West Virginia is highest in drop out rates as well.
The guy was ok the day with my boys but when he waved us down and started fake checking us he became typical. I just let it happen because I am always wrong for reacting wrong so I am here now.

I can elaborate further but I do not want to thin about it anymore right now.

These people have harassed me for 3 weeks straight. Each time I block their number they call back with a new one. I have never been harassed this bad by anyone. This is a disgrace to act this way. What a trash company.

The salesperson that I met with was very knowledgeable on the topic. He was able to answer all my questions. The process of getting set up was fairly easy. I was notified on his location of any traffic delays. The gentlemen that came to my house to put the new gutters up were very efficient. They were within the 2 hour time frame that I was given. They were finished sooner than they expected. They did a job well done. Since getting them installed, there have been several bad storms with heavy winds. I have been grateful for the updated gutters.

The Salesman was very professional and polite. He wasn't "pushy" and he was willing to work with us on our budget. The instalation crew, Anthony Bush, was very friendly and considerate. They left no trash, were considerate to our house and property and did a very professional job. It looks remarkable and I would highly recommend your company and the crew to others.

We contracted out to leaf filter to have six inch gray gutters installed on our house with the leaf filters. The subcontractors came out to do the installation and left a downspout opening without a downspout installed along with a second gutter being at an odd angle, so water entered into our garage. As soon as we found out, we called customer service and three days later a service personnel came out evaluated the issue, and then installed a tan five inch downspout with a black extension so that water would keep from entering into the garage. We're waiting for the next rainy day to see how this holds up, but having a different size and color downspout installed on the back of the property looks odd when we specifically paid for six inch gray ones to go along with the roof. Pictures can be posted if requested. Service staff, sub contractors, and estimators were friendly people though.

I received a flyer in the mail promoting a 15% discount and a free estimate that is good for one year. The estimator arrived and made his inspection and measurements. Before presenting me with the estimate, he said I would have to make my decision BEFORE HE LEFT, otherwise there would be no discount. That is FALSE ADVERTISING! When I called to complain/confirm, I was told that's how they do business ... high pressure sales push. There are only three reasons for a business to pressure someone into making a rash purchase decision: a) your price is much higher than your competitors, b) your product/service is inferior to the competition or c) both a AND b. I would NEVER do business with anyone who operates in such an unethical manner and would recommend that you don't either.

Update on 2-18-23:
The only response I received from Leaf Filter regarding their high- pressure sales tactic was "We are a $1.7 billion company. This pricing strategy works very well for us." I'm sure it does. Pressuring customers (especially senior citizens) into making rash, ill-informed decisions has always been a highly-profitable tactic and always will be. They must be very proud.
