I had a friend recommend Aqua Living in Nitro. Had been looking for months for a 3 to 4 person hot tub. I was greeted by Mike Albert and walked me thru what was available for purchase. I found a perfect 3 person hot tub in the right color. They have a delivery option and I had an old hot tub that needed removed and they have an option for removal of old hot tubs. Mike was professional and talked me thru all the options so could make the right decisions. I might add that they offered military discount.

So ordered a dr wellness g7 in September, just delivered the other day. Super smooth buying process, when it was delivered it had two cracked corner pieces, emailed the company and they already sent some replacements. The lights and speakers were not working just turned out to be the connectors in the power box ( there are alot of wires in that thing) were loose.

We absolutely love our new hot tub. We ordered the G2 Dr. Wellness spa in storm cloud/coastal gray. From the time it went into production until it was shipped we received updates. Michael was awesome and answered all of our questions as well as Todd, who delivered our spa. Everything was so convenient, it makes me wonder why I didn't do this sooner!

Visited this store and others this past June and am now a daily hot tub user. I did not finance so can't speak to that side but the order and delivery were awesome. We got the tub we wanted at a very good price. I have had hot tubs in the past and this is the first where I have to reduce the air pressure. We got a 3 person 220volt version and it's great so far. It was also delivered ahead of schedule. Something I can't say very often, I would remake this same purchase today from this same office.

First, our salesperson- Michael A was awesome and has been great to work with - he'd get a 5 STAR!
Our 1 STAR rating is due to problems with our hot tub purchased in Feb. - we used less than 6 weeks before we started having problems. Support is very hard to get through to, always greater than an hour hold time to speak with rep. Then waiting for parts. We waited 2 weeks and called back to find out parts were never ordered. They assured us they'd overnight (but they did not) once we received the parts- we had to wait for technician to be assigned to do repairs. He's out of state and took awhile to schedule. Once he arrived - the wrong parts were sent to fix hot tub. The technician said it needs an entire new motor. This is outrageous after very little use of our hot tub. We've been unable to use our hot tub for over 2 months- Unacceptable!

We ordered our hot tub at the Nitro store. Mike was great to work with and answered all our questions. It was delivered on time. The delivery man was nice and helpful. We did have a small place on the cover where the seam has come lose but the customer service got right on it and has kept us informed as to the status of a new one. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets in Nitro, WV if you are looking for a wonderful spa and great service.
