Helpful! I called ahead about some tongue and groove and they looked up a price and got it for me. They were cheaper than local competitors. Loading was very good as well. We didn’t have to undo the pallet.

If I could give a negative star rating I would!
Absolutely horrible service. Brought 5 screens in to be replaced and a month later all I have is frustration. Was told it would take a day or two because they didn't have anyone in to do the work just then. When I call to inquire they act as if they don't care about customer service and dont understand why I would expect the job to be complete. Apparently taking ten minutes out of their day to do a job is just too difficult. Their excuse? "We're short handed and just don't have time" Not once have they bothered to pick up the phone to contact me regarding the delay. Just today the manager said again they are short handed and didn't even know where my screens are.
Absolutely inexcusable.
As a customer relations specialist I can say without hesitation I would FIRE the people responsible for this debacle. At this point the only way to make this up to me would be to do the work RIGHT NOW and do it for free! But they won't even consider what is right, only what is convenient for THEM.....which is to sit on their hands and make up excuses.
30 days and flimsy excuses. Disgusting. I will never do business with these people again.

The Stagg was very helpful and new exactly what I needed when I explained what I was doing. After looking online at Lowes and Home Depot, Hardmans prices were about the same

A man I know had new carpet and hardwood floors laid in their new home....plus paint and all the other extras. He just went a purchased a small stove for his camp....took it the next day to his camper to install it and it blew up on him....almost got the camper on fire...and it did catch his son-n-laws hands and arms on fire! They were told by Hardmans that they did not know what they were doing and they would not let him return the stove. This man has installed stoves before and has experience in tis...the problem was a defect in the stove. Now what does this say about a business that made several thousands on his new home but wouldn't let him return a little 100.00 stove? I will never give them my business again!
