They really nice people and helpful just follow safety measures and they will treat you well. I am Flatbed driver uploading in just one hour. Loose your load belts before you back in and if have a roll tie then leave some space at back and loose the role tie and then completely back in at dock. Hope this helps. Drive safe

All the reviews saying this place sucks are accurate. LGB. This place is garbage. No employees to be seen unless they’re leaving. They will leave you sitting around for hours and tell you nothing. Apparently appointment times mean nothing to them but you better not be late. Bring food and some entertainment otherwise you’ll die of starvation. I will never bring a coil back here again. More rules than the irs and the only person I could talk to was the guard. F this place.

This place is just unbelievable, I got here at around 4 pm in the afternoon, check in and they told me they will call me when they have a dock, but it took them 8 hours just to assign me a dock, they called me around 12 am, after that it took them 2 hours to load my trailer, and instead of giving me the paperwork this people just left I don’t know where I don’t know if they are on break or what they could have just handed me my paperwork since they are already done but I don’t even know how long it’s gonna take them just to hand me the paperwork, honestly this is the worst place ever, it’s my first time here, and I ain’t never coming back to this place.

Got the door right away. But was told sometimes they are really busy. Really nice people, was the 4pm shift. but yes you have to secure the load by yourself and yes they are strict on safety. All safety equipment provided even steel toe shoes. Update, the nails they make you to put to secure the load are pain in the.. to take out, half heads broke down. So 4 stars.

Well, the guard she was very nice older lady very helpful. But once you check in very slow, I wouldn’t recommend any flatbed. Conus I reckon you would be just fine. flatbeds you can’t get on top of your trailer outside to take your tarp off. Everything‘s gotta be from the ground so that kind of sucks. Oh, and don’t think that they won’t pull somebody around you because it happens 1 star and that was because of the Guard. Won’t be back.

I've only delivered coils here so... Listen to the guard and where to park, don't be a jerk because the space is limited. Yes, I've had to wait here for quite a bit as they were very busy when I got here. I've also pulled in and was told to back directly into the bay after checking in. As far as attitude, you get what you give. I've never had a problem with the employees here.
