I want to preface this with that we spent over 6 months trying to find a company to install our fence because we wanted it done right with no issues (we have had so many contractors for other jobs come by the house that have done things wrong time and time again.) From the start they were one of the only fence companies that were prompt with communication and were the only company to actually provide an estimate after coming out to our property. The crew that came out to complete the job were extremely friendly, helpful and willing to explain anything we had questions about. Even after losing one of their crew members, they still worked just as hard to get the job completed. The fence is straight as a pin, even with the uneven terrain of our backyard. We truly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed or replaced. I wish I got the names of the guys that completed our fence so I could highlight how awesome they did and how professional they were with us.

Back in September Mike Lilly Fencing installed a chain link fence in our back yard. On the final day of the install we conducted a walk around and found everything to be tight. We had the dog wire installed as well. After several weeks we noticed the fence was extremely loose, so loose I with my big gut could easily go under it. Carolyn and I immediately called Mike Lilly Fencing and complained about the fence being so loose Duchess easily pushes the fence back and is out in a matter of seconds. We keep getting put off, we were told someone would be out last week to check the fence and know one showed up. We were also told that we should have reported the fence loose prior to their employees leaving the day it was installed. The fence didn’t show signs of being loose until there was sufficient time for the ground to settle around the post. I will never use nor recommend Mike Lilly Fencing again! What is the sense on putting up a fence to keep the dogs in when they can simply push the fence out! Unbelievable!

Such a dependable company. Have had a few hiccups and they were able to send people out on different occasions to fix the problem. Super kind and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend Mike Lilly Fencing!

I hired them based on jobs I had seen throughout town. While I understand wait times and businesses being busy with calls/texts, they are terrible at communication. Not only do they lack communication with clients but they do not communicate with their staff. During our consultation for the fence there were things that had to be avoided due to the layout of our yard, but maximum yard was to be fenced in. There were no markers, flags or anything set up for the workers to go by, so I assumed there would be supervision to make sure the job was done correctly. Not only did that not happen but the builders sent were hard to understand and there were miscommunications. On top of the miscommunication they would work into the evening when it’s dark we didn’t realize the mistakes until it was too late. After addressing the issues we were told it would be $800 more dollars to fix. There were gaps left in the fence that my animals would squeeze through and when asking for them to be fixed they slapped boards across the outside (not even covering all the gaps) and charged us $500 extra. When asking for a supervisor to come back and look at the mistakes I was brushed off and ignored, probably because they were already paid. I wanted to like the company and wanted to avoid bad reviews, but just be aware that if you hire this company the consultation is not discussed amongst the crew and you may not get what you asked for or get it fixed. The result was not up to the standard of their pricing.

*** in response this proves my point of no communication. It was supposed to avoid two tree trunks that lined the neighbors fence and would only avoid 3ft, not the flower garden which avoided 6ft. When being asked is where the confusion was, because we thought they meant the trunks and not the entire flower garden (that is what we discussed with when planning. )After complaining about the results and the workers still not fixing it I was a little discouraged to complain, so yes I waited to request a supervisor but they never came, so I’m not sure who said they did. I was never responded to after saying they’d get back to be. Again, no communication. And I’ll just add that if a customer is unhappy whether it is immediate or not they shouldn’t be ignored.

We are not a spam reviewer. We contacted Mike Lilly Fencing numerous times to get a 0 response. We also hate leaving negative reviews but it is what it is. They will tell you someone is coming out then they don't ever call back to schedule. Appears they only want big commercial jobs.

I hate to leave negative posts but this was a really bad experience start to finish. I was sent an invoice and instructed to pay 75% after doing so there was zero communication for almost a month. When I messaged asking for a refund on Facebook I was given multiple excuses. They came the next day and all they had to do was copy and paste my existing fence design that I built where mine had been damaged by a drunk driver (I didn't have time to fix it due to work which is why I contracted them). Not only did one the workers tell my wife that our design was faulty (even though it's been there for years and years) they built the fence crooked, moved in and out of a straight line, hung the fence pattern upside down I complained and they came back but only to flop the fence. I complained again when they came to pick up that last payment and was pretty much scolded for not complaining the second they left. The man who came to get the check even did a final inspection and didn't think it looked that good. Very disappointed, I work in customer service and I hate leave bad reviews but I contracted them based off of reviews and mine is accurate to my experience.

From start to finish, this company kept me up to date of what they were doing, any complications, and the job was completed in a timely matter. We love our fence . We contacted many other companies and we are so happy we chose this one. I highly recommend them.

Mike Lilly Fence was heaven-sent! I've never seen a fence built so neatly. After finishing a new fence here, they completed several new fences in our neighborhood. We're all very pleased with the outcomes.
