Very odd and inconvenient people in the dry van loading building. I had small holes (rice size) told them id fix it. Came back with holes caulked up backed into door but they called the customer and was told “not to load it” the issue is that I fixed it after they said they couldn’t load me because they could see day light. If It was caulked before I showed up it 10000% wouldn’t be an issue.

shipper hours 06:30am to 3pm but they come in office at 6am
as shown in picture in black colour start making line so you got loaded first
at 6am go to office
yellow is office and scale
red is docks
first come first serve around 1 hour loading time if no line Overnight parking available
Thank me later first get your truck loaded ?

We took a group of Idaho students to learn about the peanut industry. The students loved the tour. the staff took the time to teach them about peanuts even on a Sunday for over 4 hours

Not a good experience with shipping guys.
They took more than 3 hours to load. Just stay on dock they didn’t tell you anything.

Quick loading , people are nice and friendly. For dry vans . When you enter follow the orange path ( in the photo attached ) go to blue building which is scale and driver check-in ,once you done follow green color path for dry van docks ?
