We arrived at the facility and checked in at 12:00 PM. No loading was performed, as the scales were reportedly not operational. At 4:30 PM, we finally managed to get onto the scales. It wasn't until 9:00 PM that we departed the facility with a full load. Upon exiting, the facility employee refused to record the actual time of our arrival in the documentation. The reason given for this refusal was that it was not their shift.
Employees were observed moving leisurely around the facility. They seemed completely indifferent to the fact that the driver, having waited all day for loading, would be unable to deliver the cargo on time.
The driver who was next in line reported departing with a loaded vehicle at 1:30 AM.

Can't say I was loaded quickly. Although I did pull in during a shift change. Everyone was friendly enough. Not a bad experience.

For Flatbed Drivers. The entrance is on 20th street. Keep going straight and you will see the scale signs (black and white). Just follow scale signs. Wait ON the scale! Dont bypass it or you will have to circle back again and lose your spot and have to wait to be called LOL

Absolutely horrible!!! Never coming back place was hard to find and no signs to guide the driver in or out your typical steel plant
