Big Herb recently visited this place. He was super impressed with the folks here. They have a Service Manager, Brandon, that really knows what he's doing. The store manager, Chad is great as well. The variety of equipment and options was impressive as well. If you want great equipment with support you can depend on, you need this place in your life. Highly recommended!!!

When it comes to any large purchase, I do my research, then I research some more. Typically I shop different dealers, until I know I’ve got the best deal. I was up front about all of this for a few weeks.

In the end, I 100% put my trust in Dustin (my salesman) to get it done. He did! As a first time tractor buyer and letting him know I had NEVER even drove a tractor he showed patience, and kindness (patience was key.) I was never once pressured, always felt listened too and understood.

Brittany in finance was wonderful to work with and Chad was personable, knowledgeable and respectful!

Saturday my long dream became a reality and Sam (delivery) gave a wonderful presentation of all things tractor, and had to deal with a girl who doesn’t pay much attention. When he said “put down your notebook and I’ll show you” meant the world. He listened to my goals and taught me a few tricks along the way.

If you’re looking for no pressure, great customer service and appreciate genuine people, I highly recommend you check them out.

If ya know me, you’d never guess I wouldn’t have went green and there maybe a many in Heaven who are a little disappointed, but me, I’m on cloud nine and look forward to getting more attachments and parts moving forward. They may say amongst themselves “oh’ no she’s back” but I as the customer I would never know.

I have a 2019 lx2 lx46 cubcadet mower. When I have needed parts or help with repairs the gentlemen at the parts counter and in the service department have been extremely helpful in every case. I highly recommend this dealership!

Kyle Johnson was my sales rep. I have bought many dozen autos, tractors, motorcycles, boats, RV’s, mowers, various construction equipment types, and implements my lifetime. Kyle was quite possibly the best sales rep I have ever worked with. Very patient. Answered all my questions. Prompt to return calls or text. When he didn’t know the answer he quickly researched it and got back with me. His customer service was the same when I was buying a $3500 implement and a $65,000 machine. Pricing on my trade-in was fair. Price for the new equipment was good. When Land Pride couldn’t provide a delivery date on extra buckets I wanted Kyle found an alternative product. I didn’t get even a hint that he was impatient or frustrated. He even stayed late - twice - to deliver two items I purchased. Brittany in finance was also very professional, helpful, and patient answering all my questions about insurance. Both Kyle and Brittany provided excellent customer service before, during, and so far after the sale. Do not hesitate to do business with #FirstChoiceFarm&Lawn or #KyleJohnson. The entire experience could not have been better and the dealership earned my highest possible endorsement and if I could give them 6 stars I would.

You ever read a review and think to yourself, self this has got to be a paid review.....well this is one. I paid for a Kubota mower and the service I received from Dustin from First Choice Kubota was far above and beyond what was expected.

First off, he treated me like it was his job to earn my business. This was the first time I've ever set foot in this store and I'm just another person, however I wasn't treated like just a randome person. He asked the right questions to understand exactly what I needed to accomplish. I didn't spend a great deal of money, it was a residental zero turn mower, but I got the same treatment as someone who spends tens of thousands per year. I got treated like a customer they'd like to see again and have a relationship with.

In 2023, it's hard to find a place that has real customer service. I cannot possibly recommend these guys enough. Not that I need any other equipment for a while, but I can assure you they made a customer for life in a very short interaction yesterday.

Took my 3 year old Cub Cadet in because it was sputtering. I had already changed the gas and oil and spark plug and checked the air filter which didn’t seem dirty. I had changed the fuel filter too. The dealership wanted to charge me $380 for a spark plug and air filter. $20-30 in parts. I don’t remember how much labor was. I’m not above paying for labor but thought it was ridiculous to charge so much for two cheap parts and they knew what was wrong with it as soon as I told them the problem. The manager come down to $170 but only after I told him what I thought

The service crew at Kubota in brookland are the best. I have never been treated so good at any busy like I have at first choice farm and lawn. Sam, Whitney and Josh and the rest of the service people are the best. I will never go anywhere to have my tractor worked on but first choice farm and lawn n brookland Arkansas .
