Top notch butchery in my opinion, retail quality cuts, good weight and very well packaged and labeled. Skilled in his craft I have no complaints, we will be coming back with our beef next year.

This place is a complete rip off! Out of a 400 plus hanging weight we got 155 lbs of meat! I will never go here again and I highly recommend you don't either. I've bought half a beef and got more than that from Fleming meat packers. GMP is a disgrace and should be shutdown!

Great place! I was hunting out of state and they were able to meet my time-line for coming home. They were also able to cape my buck while I waited so I could have a taxidermist skin it out as I couldn't bring back any bones or brain matter. One more thing the amount of meat i got back was way more than I would have gotten from a similar sized deer around here!

Best deer meat I’ve ever had.

I took in 3 black angus beefs averaging just under 1000 pounds live weight and 600 points hanging weight. The final amount of meat I got back on 995 pound grain fed angus was less than 240 pounds. 24 percent yield. When discussing this yield I was told that’s what I should expect and was an accurate number. Less than 80 pounds of hamburger from a whole beef. AVOID AT ALL COST. Never experienced anything like this elsewhere. DO NOT FALL VICTIM to the same experience I had. The numbers don’t add up and it’s not all bone weight. Most people don’t know any better if they don’t get beef often. I’m afraid countless others have been scammed too. I would give 0 stars but had to leave at least one to make a review. I will be contacting the USDA office in Frankfort to speak with inspectors about this problem. Take your business elsewhere.

They have the experience and know how to cut just about whatever you are looking for! My cousin got a few tomohawk steaks that were the best tasting, and most tender steak that I've had in a long time! I plan on filling my deep freezer from here this fall. The most delicious time of year!!

I wouldn’t even give them stars if it would let me. I had half of a cow processed through them. The meat I received is rancid! I had to throw out 210 pounds of beef.!! Everything that is properly thawed out smells so bad it turns your stomach. When I picked it up only a few pieces were frozen. I took it straight home and to the freezer. So I know that it wasn’t on my part. When I called and told them they told me that has never happened before and they would call me back. They have not called me back and it’s been over a week. I will NEVER! Take anything to them again.

Bought half a cow with a friend both had 232lbs hanging weight, pick up our meat only had 80lbs each and was told the missing 299lbs was bone! What a Rip off! Would Never go here again and would definitely Never recommend this place to anyone..How they have 5 stars is beyond me!
