I showed up early, the evening before my morning appointment fooled by all the good reviews. I was told I wasn’t gonna get unloaded until morning at my appointment time which is fair. I ended up waiting 15 hours to get unloaded, but I would have gladly spent the extra $50 in fuel to dine with my family and sleep in my own bed, had I not had false hope that I would get unloaded early.
Later on a gentleman came out and said he feels bad and would unload me, but has no authority to do so.
Maybe in the past they would load/unload early, but not any more - at least in my experience.
No bathroom offered

From rt 33 take exit for rt 328(lockhead rd) go to traffic light make a left onto front street. Go to next light(if your making a delivery turn left follow rd to docks on the right) if your picking up, you would go straight through the traffic light and pass an auto mechanic shop and turn left into their dock area in front of the building..very nice people

Great experience here. Quiet, room to park, and overnight sleeping available. Dwayne and the receiving manager(I believe he's the receiving manager) are good folks. Friendly and able to get me in early tonight.

Overnight parking available quick loading take your id with ya for check in clean facility .For shipping cross the first traffic light on east front st shipping is on left side for recieving from traffic lights make left you ll see the recieving boards

Easy fast money. Comes with a price though. I hear atleast one person say they wanna quit every day. Hopefully they finally do it and find somewhere better that isn't going downhill like this place. They won't fix anything you report without evidence but there's the thing, you can't provide evidence without breaking the no filming/pictures rule and ultimately getting fired for that. Good luck. 👍 email me if u wanna hear anymore because I'd rather not bash such a good company's name publicly

I love this place. Everyone is super friendly and competent and they have a refined process. I usually like to drop my trailer and then bobtail a mile up the road to Hocking Hills Diner to enjoy an amazing breakfast or lunch. Great experience every time I come here.
