We hired them to build a building like a house, and they used wood a person would pick over at the store. The builder put up bent and warped metal, and if I didn't complain about it, they would have left it that way. They should not have put it up in the first place. In my opinion, there was no attention to detail or pride in their work. We didn't even get all the trim that was included in the price. The builder even had to come back and redo the door opening he cut wrong. I believe they are overpriced for what you get. I think they need a customer service rep to come out to each site and review the work. They told me they dont do that when I asked. We still have not received enough trim to complete the job. I guess that will be an extra expense on our part.
