I work as part of a maintenance team for 5 Amazon sites. All new sites all with a good amount of conveyance 1/5 of them has FMH conveyors. It is the worst system of the 5 sites by far. Our FMH system has more issues in a week then the other 4 sites combined do in a month. Not sure if we just got a bad system or if they are all like this but be cautious if you are considering building an FMH system for your site.

I got let go of this place, and I haven't been paid over $1,000 it's payday and I still don't have any money they paid me $100 out of $1,000 and it's payday and I don't have the rest of the money so unless they want the cops up there I suggest you pay me my money

Can't get a hold of anyone. I've left multiple messages with the general voice mail and no call back. Shipping voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. Customer service is non existent. Shipment came in with no packing list. I guess if they ever want to get paid they'll contact me eventually.

Been after them for weeks and weeks with the promises that they will come fix it and they never show. Having to constantly call managers there to get any issues resolved, false promises of returning calls and lots of no-shows to complete unfinished work from the install.
