Awesome place to shop! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff keeps things going smoothly. Food's good. Was my 1st Estate Sale. I had fun and the 2 guys running the show were very nice and accommodating. The prices for the Items I went to see were a little high, but I was there 1st day so I suppose that's to be expected but they'd likely have been sold by the 2nd or 3rd day. I still came out with a carful of $10 or under Items.

The auctions are fun and fairly fast paced. Some auctioneers are better than others.

The staff is extremely helpful, especially before the start of the auction if you want to do a close inspection of merchandise in one of the cases.

There is ample parking and fairly good snacks available for purchase.

The rest rooms are clean!

The most warm and friendly atsmophore for an auction we've ever experienced. They make it seem like a "family event." The professional staff makes it a real delight to be a participant. And "Roger's stories" are an experience in itself! We love going, even if it's only for the entertainment.
