Such a wonderful company. From owners Paul and Carmen to repair staff and store staff - care for customers is paramount. Help for product search, orders, repairs, any sewing question is readily addressed. I enjoy all the crew at the Puyallup store. From manager Nerissa and including Georgette, Avery, and Crystal - what a nice group. Thank you!

Warm, friendly, helpful service. Took my broken older vacuum in for service. Assistant told me probably more to fix it than its worth. But sent it in anyway. Sure enough, she was right. Purchased a good new machine which was on sale. Very good experience.

Daughter gave me a sewing introduction class as a Fathers Day gift. The class was interesting and fun. It was interesting to see and use these fancy machines, they even have a robot iron! I made a monogramed bag during the 3 hour class. The instructor, Sue, was very helpful and patient.
