Service partners has the worst customer service you can imagine. I have moved from branch to branch due to how disrespectful there staff is. I keep our materials in stock so I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the time. Part of me buying my materials in bulk is to save and also to have materials available for my clients. During the last 6 months I’ve ordered 2 separate orders for custom jobs (colors not in my stock) not very popular and I am charged for items that are not shipped at all or just simply they send the wrong color where miters don’t match the end caps or coil. When you reach out to them they take no responsibility or have any desire to make it right. There is always an excuse as to why they charge you or send you the wrong shades of colors and it’s never there fault. How can you say in your mission statement that your goal is to help us contractors grow our business when all you do is make excuses instead of making it right ? I’m not asking for free anything just send my orders correctly just like you charged them. I don’t recommend if you are wanting to grow your business and are looking for more of a mom and pop shop GUTTER ALL will definitely exceed your expectations. Stop giving your money to people that show you time and time again that they don’t care about your business.

I just had a delivery of insulation to my place of business. The CDL Driver, Robin, delivered the goods. My usual team who helps unload the insulation could not be here today. Robin went FAR above and beyond to unload and help place the insulation in an orderly fashion inside of our warehouse. She was personable and didn't complain about my lack of preparedness. I hope Service Partners realizes what a gem they have in Robin. Great experience!

To the drivers delivering, things got "interesting" when we bumped the dock. After check in and returning to the truck, a forklift driver "Mike" approached and said " drivers are not allowed on or near the dock and must stay in their truck because of Covid" he continued, "drivers were the reason their company was shut down during Covid".
Wow. It's 2024 and this guy was attempting to use Covid to show discrimination to truck drivers. Believe me, words cannot express the anger and frustration this caused as drivers run into this sort of prejudice against them occasionally, but Covid? HOWEVER, upon walking back into the office to lodge a complaint at Mike's unbelievable comment and speaking to office personnel the location manager " Phil" overheard and immediately wanted to hear what had happened. Phil was extremely professional and understood how ridiculous and aggravating Mike's comment was. He immediately addressed the situation, graciously apologized and walked out to the docks to speak to the forklift driver in question. The entire situation was diffused and we felt that our concerns and annoyance was handled perfectly by Phil. Way to go!! What was a one star review turned into four because of an awesome manager who knew that drivers deserve respect like anyone else. They unloaded us quickly and were fantastic bringing out the bills and getting us on our way!

The staff here seem to enjoy their job and know their business. They have proven to me to be able to take care of all my insulation problems. My questions regarding the "insulation r-factor" was very educational to me. Their expertice in the field is great.
I believe the pricing they have is far less expensive than the competitors. I highly recommend doing business with this HIGH QUALITY Business.

I was incredibly dissapointed with my experience with R factor. I called from Kent at 8:30 in the morning to confirm if they had 1/2" XPS extruded foam board, the lady(Debbie?) insisted that they carried RMAX 1/2" extruded board. I was very excited and hung up to prepare to leave. I thought about it and I have only seen RMAX polyiso insulation board. I called back to confirm if it was polyiso or extruded polystyrene. She insisted it was extruded foam insulation and hung up on me. Instead of demanding a confirmation I made the mistake of leaving.

40 minutes later I arrived to a disappointing confirmation of my suspicions. The lady who insisted they had the 1/2" extruded foam board did not actually know their product selection. She didn't show the slightest bit of remorse when I expressed my frustration and responded with one of the most half assed apologies I've seen from a business. I drove 40 minutes back home and left to work with disappointment in my time wasted. If the lady took the time to answer my question or not hang up on me I could've saved an hour and a half and not left this review.

I strongly recommend going through white cap where they treat their customers with respect and do not lie when faced with an unknown question.
