My appointment was for 1500. I decided to go in early because I was in the area. I arrived at 1200, was loaded and on my way by 1300. Right into a dock door, scaled on site - It's just a total weight/gross scale, but if you know how to do the axle by axle calculations yourself you can get your axle weights that way (That's what I did at least.)

Either way, fantastic shipper. Will come again anytime.

Everyone i spoke with was quite nice! No complaints here.

I do not have any issues at all at this shipper. In and out in an hours . Friendly staff. Scale was ok and not over the weight when I scale at the LOVE's truck stop. I will come back here .

Did a pick up here for texas was in and out very fast ! Lady at window was very nice and helpful and also There scale is not broke !!! I went to cat scale right after I left with load and my math was right on 👌 So since no one was nice enough to explain for the new comers in the game in reviews this is what you do..... Get out your calculator on phone put your steer tires on scale type that # in now go on scale with your drive tires and subtract that # from steer weight that's your drive weight.... now drive to end of scale leave your trailer Axel on scale get out of truck and go look at your weight really easy to do hope this helped someone keep on truckinnnn !!!!!!

Forklift operators are amazingly fast loading. Most of the office staff are crabby except one really nice Hispanic lady who always seems pleasant. One of the warehouse supervisors is a complete jerk to drivers and especially forklift operators. When he is present, I rate the place a 1-Star.

So...we have these baby sitter electronic log books now, it keeps time to the minute where as with the original paper log books they kept time in 15 minute increments allowing for a 30 minute fudge factor. I don't know when the orders I'm picking up were placed, but to some degree the load is not ready. So now, it's a waste of time on my log book 11 hour drive time and my 14 hour daily time. My first delivery is in Los Angeles at 4am Thursday November 29, 2018.

Extremely long waits to get loaded. Shipping office gals are really nice but other that I have nothing good to say

Go up
