Horrible place to deliver. U have to fill out the form and put it in the box. Then u will make a call to finish check in. It took more than 12 hours just to get a dock number. There are 4 docks, but in fact only one dock works. The other three are full with non moving refers. Drivers, if u received a load from this place, make sure your dispatcher has checked all the reviews abt this facility. I wouldn’t take another load from this place even if they pay good. U just waste your time here!

Appointment time between 0001 and 2129, arrived at 2pm and was told it would be after midnight or 1am b4 my load was even ready. Leaving me no time to make my delivery appointment to their customer.

Drivers forgot to explain full details once a driver arrives——If shipping receiving is closed….then you fill out paper to put in box and call the number posted, then wait till they call you for a door.
Also… you make that last right turn at the red brick twin rivers building (small street entrance….then make a left into plant itself) soon as you turn in, you’ll park your truck on the right against the yellow dull painted concrete barriers. And walk paperwork straight across from where you are parked towards the back of twin rivers red brick building, past there loading docks (there’s 4) you’ll see check in window.

Canadian Driver Alert!
Meat exported from here to Canada have to be inspected and certified at A warehouse called “Border City USA” in Hamtramck, MI(check their open/close timings ahead). Meat load, it may be good for owner operators but not worth for company drivers, too much waste of time, for a low compensation.

Checked in at 2PM and got call to get on dock at 3AM and another few hours to load. No truck parking on premises, street and intersections around facility are too narrow some are one way, it’s downtown of Fort Smith, AR.
It’s tight space to get in and out of the docks, you may have to wait until truck besides you move, or you move to help him get out. How to check in process in photo attached.

No real room to back in to doc, 3 or any of the doors, dirt in front of it with huge dips got stuck in it ripped off both my mud flaps. Wi'll never come here again They really need to take care of their lot for our drivers. This should not have been an issue.

I do not know why other driver's are complaining, if you can backup the doors are not that hard to back into. I was in and out in 40 minutes.

If delivering here, expect to sit a little while. My delivery appointment time was for 9 pm. Arrive at 7:30 pm, didn't start getting unloaded until midnight. Unloading was quick however. Was back on the road at 01:00. Not a lot of maneuvering room but it's doable. Staff is very nice.
