These guys are awesome! Super responsive to questions, and diligent. They even helped me catch the defendant's spouse in a lie, when their process server noticed that the same person that claimed to be a part time housekeeper during the first process serving attempt was at the house again in the second attempt, and got the person to admit his real name and that he in fact lived at the house. And they quickly served process during the week of Christmas!

I’m impressed by how quickly they worked. I was so frustrated about how to serve a respondent who tends to avoid being served by not opening the door and ignoring calls. Considering I’m in New York and he’s in Florida, it seemed like a challenge. I had only 14 days to serve, which seemed impossible. But SameDayProcess replied to my messages within two hours. I sent them the documents the same day, and they helped me correct them immediately (since I had scanned them incorrectly), and the respondent was served within the next two days. It was just WOW! Getting the affidavit took a little bit longer, but it was still fast.

I can’t express enough how much time SAME DAY PROCESS saved me. They went above and beyond in their services, doing everything I asked and more. The courthouse had been holding onto my Writ of Summons since December 2023 and even made me pay to reinstate the paperwork, which I never needed to do. I would really like to take some time to applaud the hardworking and tireless team at Same Day Process. From Mike to Brandon, to my dedicated above and beyond process server, Stuart, I am so overjoyed at the service that we received. I hired the skilled staff at Same Day Process to track down an elusive guy at the courthouse for my fiancé, Oscar M. When he slipped through the cracks, I felt dispirited thinking that was the last opportunity to pin him down and there would be no chance of getting him again. I was wrong.

Stuart with his 15+ years of industry expertise, had some tricks up his sleeve and utilized some additional tools to track down the family. I had previously used another process server company who collected my money and provided the very bare minimum in exchange. Just going to the same address that could not be accessed time and time again, each time failing to serve the subject. No additional effort or suggestions. Same Day Process really cared about completing the service.

Stuart even reached out to us personally, and made some inquiry and Brandon followed-up directly. In my prior experiences with a different company, I couldn't even speak to the server directly, just kept getting arbitrary messages passed along to me after a day or two of asking questions. I am thoroughly impressed with Same Day Process. The difference is clear and they are indeed the INDUSTRY STANDARD. 5 stars is too insufficient a rating for the service they provide.
