Picking up a loaded trailer was a bit repetitive in process, but that is normal for a plant this size. Unfortunately the the poor attitude and downright rudeness of the red headed woman in charge of the guard shack makes us not want to return. I understand there are policies to be followed, and we were new to this location, but treating the truck drivers like they are stupid is bad for business. I spent 30 years in management before starting driving, and I would NOT have this woman in my employment. Younger lady was not much better. Gentleman in the shack was nice though.

Bought a brand new Rheem AC unit model RA1630 60 hertz for the house 3 years ago and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Whether it’s clogged due to loose insulation in attic, bad install of thermostat, or bad fan motor…the unit was over 8k (still paying) and I continue to pay big bucks to keep it operational. The previous unit lasted 15 years before anything went wrong. Apparently I’m told that it takes a few weeks to receive a new fan and motor, so I’ll be spending more money on a hotel. Can’t wait to see how long this new fan will last after paying another 600 bucks for parts and labor.

I have a 40 gallon natural gas water heater in my home we purchased at Home Depot in 2019. A few days ago it quit working so I followed instruction on the red light flash codes and still couldnt get it to light. after searching internet and youtube i found some very helpful videos and got it going only for it to shut down the next day indicating my issue was more than I had thought. I didnt know what to do and Home Depot was no help at all so I called the Rheem MFG plant in Little Rock, AR. throughout the entire call i spoke to a few different people and each employ i was put into contact with was knowledgable, helpful in any way they could, and all were very polite and patient. I ended up finding out exactly what the issue was with my Rheem water heater, how to fix it, and what parts would be needed for the repair to be done correctly. I WAS COMPLETLY OVERJOYED and happy when the lady told me that my parts were covered under warranty and were being shipped to my home at no cost to me. WOW what a blessing. I paid the required $30 fee to get expidated shipping and that is all I had to pay. I will follow up on this review once I recieve and install my parts. As of now I am a very pleased home owner and Rheem has amazing customer service and support. I recommend purchasing their products to anybody. Thank you for a great experience at a time when I was completly stressed out and didnt know what to do.

I purchased a Rheem HVAC system in July 2018. I replaced the evaporator coil twice already and it is leaking oil again and must be replaced a third time. I was told the fan motor will fail any minute and must be replaced. The licensed contractor won't return my phone calls and Rheem refuses to stand by its warranty. If you want nothing but trouble, buy a Rheem system. Otherwise, stay as far away from this cheap unreliable brand as possible. I'm taking steps to sue them.

OTR: No overnight parking. Truck Stop nearby. Easy process, have all S&R Load #'s before arriving. Security inspects inbound and outbound loads with pictures.

I agree that there should be negative stars just for THIS company. I swear to god, I am beyond fed up with troubleshooting for parts over and over again, waiting days on end for parts, and having employees tell me the parts were shipped overnight only to find they were not. Do NOT buy a RHEEM water heater. With a RHEEM water heater, local plumbers can't readily get the parts, the water heaters break down over and over again, Rheem can't properly troubleshoot their own water heaters, and when you call to speak to a manager to complain, the employees put you in a holding queue where you are left endlessly waiting on hold. NOBODY AT RHEEM CARES ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have a brand new house. On the second day that I moved in, the hybrid heat pump water heater broke. 6 months later it broke again, and now again. The customer service has been the worst I have ever encountered. They have flat out ignored 3 of 4 online contact attempts. They have ignored all 3 of my attempts to talked to a manger. I was told 3 separate times they would email me tracking information, it never arrived at all. Their incompetence at trying to arrange a replacement is beyond compare. I have no idea how they are still in business with such terrible products and service.

Would recommend another brand. Air handler lasted only 6 years before evaporator coils and ECM motor failed on the unit. Modest residential use and fully maintained system. Unit failed completely 1 year out of warranty which required a total replace ($4,000 cost). Reached out to Rheem (Lisa in Customer Service) who offered to cover none of the cost, offer a rebate, or assist in any way for a product that should not need a total replacement in 6 years. We didn't ask for coverage of the total cost, just some help and they said no. Sad.
