They took me in a couple of hours before my loading appointment and they got me out in a decent amount of time. No overnight parking. You can use the restroom by the shipping office. Just ring the bell and tell them that’s what you need and they will let you in.

Got lucky and was given 1st class treatment after arriving 4hrs early on 4/4/24 for a 2pm Live Load and got assigned a Dock door#R05 out in back right away. First time here at this location and it is all brand new.
Real good signs marking where trucks need to go. The R05 dock is on the back side of warehouse from where you check in. Area in back is a little tight, luckily no trailer beside me as I blindsided into my dock assignment.
Guard that I checked in with said once dock light goes from green to red back to green, BOL’s will be in the back of trailer. Better yet, can roll right out through check-in area and leave. No need to stop and check anything.
It would be tricky to overnight and not be in the way, wouldn’t recommend. Did see a porta-pottie across from guardhouse. There is no going inside bldg..
Forklift operator was a little aggressive when live loading but not quite bad enough to put seatbelt on. If not for taking me in early, might have cost a rating star.? Many Thanks go out to the Shipping Dept for getting me loaded early. Live loading was done at 11:20am and I departed 11:30am. Mucho Gracious Owens Corning Shipping Dept!

Option I:
Head south on 1-540.
Take Exit 11 to Zero Street
Turn left onto Zero Street.
Turn right at the stop light intersection with Old Greenwood Road/Hwy 45 South.
Pass the intersection with Planters Road. You will see AmeriCold Logistics on your left.
Cross the railroad tracks.
Take the first left onto Excelsior Drive.

Option Il:
Head south on 1-540.
Take Exit 12 to Hwy 71 South
Turn left onto Hwy 71 South.
Turn right at the stop light intersection with Planters Road.
Turn right at the intersection with Hwy 45 South. Once you make the turn, AmeriCold Logistics will be on your left.
Cross the railroad tracks.
Take the first left onto Excelsior Drive.
