The Organic Butcher is like one of those small boutique butcher shops you'd see in various EU countries. What a great group of folks here. All locally sourced, unlike the unappealing meat and seafood at the grocery chains. I try to visit regularly, despite having to come from MD across the dang bridge. But, it's only a few blocks from Total Wine, Listrani's and other unique restaurants.

Saw the Google reviews and decided to make a trip with my husband and OH MY GOSH! Wonderful selection and everything we've eaten so far has been fantastic! Great sausages and hot dogs and we also picked up some sourdough bread while we were there which is also yummy! Place is very small and parking is a bit rough but worth visiting nonetheless! Everyone was very friendly and helpful too!

Wide selection of high-quality meat and fish, plus other odds and ends. All of the meat I've bought here has been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Expensive but worth it.

The Organic Butcher of McLean always has the freshest cuts of beef and at affordable prices too. I make the trip out here for special occasions and to get bones for broth. I got my turkey for Thanksgiving from them last week and it came out amazing! Made a lot of drippings for gravy

If I lived here, I would shop here once a week.
The gentleman helping us has THE passion for his profession.
They all love what they do.
The selection is impressive, and I've worked in restaurants for 20 years.
