I wonder if they hired Roberto Goizueta as there new CEO? they changed there recipe on one of there cat food flavors, my cats will not eat there changed recipe causing me to waste 60.00 on there changed cat food, no help from there Customer service.

To Mars. I am a delivery driver and had the same experience as the other review from a driver. It took me 20 minutes to get someone to open the gate. They knew I was there and still didn't buzzed in. Also there are no signs telling where to go for receiving. You just get passed from one person to another. I even drove off one time because no would help. Definitely one of the worst places in Fort Smith to deliver to.

Had a delivery to this place which was given to me by my company for another driver who was out of hours and couldn't run the load. This place was notified and said they would take the load though it would be late. I arrived at 340pm on a Wednesday which the shipping gate says is open hours for receiving. I used the call button at the gate and there was no response multiple times. When someone did finally answer, she mumbled fast then never repeated herself. I continued to ask her to please repeat her statement as I have a load for receiving. I sat at the gate with my rig for 20 plus minutes just for my dispatch to tell me to head to a rest stop because they couldn't reach anyone at this company by phone. I had to back my rig out of their horrible gating area with no assistance. Mind you my trailer is 53 ft. This place has no respect for truckers. No one would answer so I could at least pull in and turn my rig around.
TRUCKERS IF YOU CAN,REFUSE LOADS TO THIS PLACE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHE!

Someone i know got interviewed by a woman named sharon she was very rude and condescending had poor communication skills and honestly is a bad representation for the company at that point and I hope they get better staff

Cleaner than any human food processing plant. They don’t even allow any nicotine usage on property to keep pets safe from contamination. They are very particular over how they process the pet food and no theres not a roach or any rodents in the place. When i say clean I mean very clean no trace of food on floors and machines are washed constantly.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! They have roaches in there mixing dep, meaning raoches get mixed in with your pets food. its very unsanitary, the company lies about wages, positions, and benefits.
