Well what can I say? It would be wrong to give a bad rating because I was not loaded before the appointed time. That's why I give it four because it takes a very long time to load. But overall everything is fine. Do not arrive before the appointed time.

I've seen mixed reviews of this place. And honestly I can't say anything bad. I was 4 and a half hrs late for my appointment because of a previous delivery. I still got loaded in just over 2 and and half hrs. Which is good if your late. And everyone I dealt with was completely nice. Plus overnight parking.

Showed up 1.5 hrs early to get loaded.all I heard were excuses why I wasn't getting loaded 6 hrs later I was passed off to second shift were they were very professional about getting me loaded. No respect for drivers!

Friendly people..only problem is waiting hours..They take 4-5 hour to load you ..shipping is 1-8 docks and others are receiving..Don’t go after receiving docks its hard to get the turn ..

I’ve been here a few times. Always in and out quick. This last time, broker sent me in after a missed appointment but as son as I checked in, got a door and loaded out. Overnight parking depending on yard space. Portable bathroom.
