Amanda and Kurt are wonderful to work with! Starting with the design phase all the way to the final installation. Their advice is solid, the quality of their build is spot on and their installation is beautiful. They showed up on time, took care not to damage flooring or walls and even took time to pet the puppy. Could not be happier. Nice to deal with a local, family owned company and not a national chain. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience working with Kurt and the PNW Closet team! We enjoyed every part of the process: the initial consultation, the design preview at the showroom, the tour of the workshop (showing how it’s all made), and the day of installation.
Our closet came out even better than we had hoped, and the quality is amazing!
We shopped around with other closet companies, Pricing was the same or slightly less with PNW Closets. The other closet companies were also not as professional and personable as Kurt & his team!
I also love that they make all of their own parts in their workshop! No waiting around for months to get the parts in 👏🏼.
Will definitely be recommending them, and using them for any future closets we need done. Thank you! 😊

We had a custom walk in closet designed for our home in September and we just cannot say enough good things about the closet design, the people, the pricing and the customer service. From the first moment that they come and measure your closet, they are courteous, friendly and incredibly receptive to your needs. The next phase is going into shop and seeing the different designs and how everything is made. Everyone makes you feel completely at home and like you are part of the family. When it came to installation day, the installers were very respectful and diligent in their work. From start to finish it was 6 hours to install the walk in closet. We absolutely love our walk in closet and will definitely be using PNW Closets to help design our laundry and future pantry.

If you read nothing else, this was THE BEST experience, and the pictures do really speak for themselves. My husband did a lot of research on what type of closet he wanted, price versus quality, and custom design. He reached out to PNW Closets, where Kaila came up shortly after we had contacted them. She was on time, very friendly, and took measurements of our closet, along with listening to our design idea.

When it came time to look at the design, we went into their office, and Kaila showed us everything she had created off what we asked. Then, she sat patiently and edited every single change with a wonderful attitude. Once we saw it drawn up, we had decided to add and change a few things. We even decided to change the color to white before it had been made, and they did it with no issues!

Once it came time for our closet to come to life, they were on time, had a great attitude, and worked diligently to get it installed in the time frame they had projected. I wanted a vanity, and it was their first time does thing design we requested, so one of the pieces wasn't working well with their design program. He came back each day to fix it, and did not give up until it was perfectly aligned, and what we asked for. I honestly didn't even mind the extra time spent on it, because it was so beautiful when it was finished!
