Its not a bad place. very friendly. loved the juice i got and a wide variety of salt nic is exactly what i was going to look for. unfortunately with my 80$ spend today the device i got seems to fail to recognize my pod is in the system i bought. the customer service was EXCELLENT and i loved the dog that greeted me. very adorable.

the device started to work inefficiently like right out of the box after taking the first hit when i got home. i took off the peel away sticker on the underside of the pod as well and it still acts like my pod doesnt work. it might just be factory problems but im still a little upset its taking one hit every once in a while and then i have to take out the pod and basically “reset it”. also should clarify that it does this with both pods. and even after “reseting it” it still sometimes will not fire.

edit after a day roughly: the device WILL NOT recognize ANY pod anymore. what a waste of money. will be coming back to request a refund. waste of time.

In response to the owner/review person: I walked 45 minutes to your vape shop that day cause the one i usually use was closed and yours was the closest, as much as i would have loved to walk back, unless you guys wanna come get me good luck with that lol. I told that to the worker when i got there that i walked. Sorry y'all, not willing to walk back to another store that sold me a broken device when i've already moved out of the area

Excellent customer service. I was extremely happy that the employee had the mouth piece I needed and at a great price, for my "Frankenstein" vape. I call it that because it's made up of many different pieces (I've had the worst luck with my vapes, dropping them on the ground and such). I did not buy any juice, as I didn't need any, but, when I run out of what I usually smoke, I will come here to check out and see what they have.

Gotta hand it to these guys. I was already pissed off going in due to another vape shop treating me like dirt after the mod they sold me broke. Donovan at Brick House however is several notches above those fools on the customer service index and really made me feel comfortable. The Bros over on the couches did too. Got my glass fixed, tried a few new flavors, cracked a few jokes, and headed out wondering why the other guys couldn't have been this awesome. This is definitely my new go-to. See you guys soon!

Went there today, Waldo was absolutely amazing! Bought the new off stamp with battery Waldo asked me to try it before we left, thankfully he reminded me as there was zero flavor in the vape I got he quickly traded it out for me with a new flavor! Will definitely be back

This is by far the best Vape Shop in Vancouver. The owner Randy is so knowledgeable in any sort of Mod, Tank, RDA, and Juice. He knows everything about newer Mods to even the ones from 3-4 years ago. The Juice selection they have there is insane. So many different blends and brands. He's hooked me up with Juice and helped me track down a few Mods that they didn't stock. By far one of the best people in this industry. Its a great place to chill and Vape, there's no loud music and the TV isn't too loud. Been a customer for around 3 years and i have never had a bad experience in this shop.

I would love to love this place, and when they are open they are great. However, today is the third time in 6 months I have come by when their post hours say they are open and nobody was there. This is frustrating, because by this point I have no way of knowing whether I’m wasting my time when I get into my truck and make a 30 minute round trip to find the place closed. And yeah, each time I have called—more than once, and never once has anyone answered the phone. All quite frustrating. At some point, one has to just go to shops that they know for sure will actually be open.
