This place is a joke. My 17 year old daughter went in there because she smelled a burning smell and was worried her car was low on oil. We checked her oil a week ago and it was a half a quart low. JAMES, the man who helped her, took advantage of a young girl and told her that her vehicle REQUIRED an immediate oil change with only synthetic oil. Her car takes 0/20 oil, has never had synthetic and runs perfectly fine. James tried charging my daughter $117 for an oil change, also told her that her rear brakes were bad and that she needed an immediate serpentine belt change. When I got on the phone with James, all he did was argue with me and say that the manufacturer requires synthetic in her car, it does NOT. James kept saying how her car shouldn’t be being driven, it wasn’t safe. Instilling more fear in my 17 year old, totally taking advantage of the situation. My daughter had a $26 off coupon for her oil change (which after I spoke to James, he agreed to put 0/20 oil in her car) but James refused to take her coupon, saying he had already ran the payment. Instead of reversing the payment and applying the coupon, he insisted on being an asshole and said over the phone where I could hear “I’ll send you a list of all the things you haven’t fixed!” This place is horrible, no customer service skills and totally trying to take advantage of a young woman who didn’t know any better. Stay away.

Went in on Saturday the 29th of March for an Oil Change. I was hoping that they would be able to help me since I knew I needed a new oil plug. The changed my oil, replaced the plug, asked about coupons and cleared a check engine light all in less than 20 minutes. They did a great job.

The folks at the shop were very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast when above and beyond the call of duty to try and help remedy the situation I was having with my vehicle, got me back on the road. I am immensely grateful for these fine people at the shop will recommend The Jiffy Lube on North E. 4th plain to all my people

Stopped by Friday morning - it was seriously an in and out process. I like being able to stay in the car, especially with a little human... it makes life easier 🤣

The technicians were very professional and polite. The cherry on top for me was them making sure my "Maintence Needed Soon" alert went away because I didn't even think about that. I also appreciated not being pressed or talked into extra things.

Had issues with spark plug change due to dealership threading wrong. Went above and beyond to get it fixed. Excellent customer service from everyone involved. Very friendly and communicative. I will definitely go back!

Had a positive experience here. I needed a replacement headlight bulb and the issue became more complicated than I expected. The gentleman working advised me on where to get a full assembly and bulb for as cheap as possible and was willing to install it all at no charge after I came back with the parts! Very honest and helpful!

This would be the Jiffy Lube by Walmart just off Fourth Plain,
I'll tell you,
These people are great,
First off the gentleman that greeted me at the bay door very much seemed to enjoy his work and where he worked, he walked me to the entrance door, showed me the rest room and amenities, Then pulled my car into the buildings work bay, I wish I had gotten his name (the date and time was 01/22/2025 @ about 15:30ish), the counter person (a young lady) again I wish I had gotten their name also.
Very helpful, I had a coupon for a discount for the engine oil service, took me a minute to pull it up on my funky cell phone, she was VERY patient, did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. she also remembered me from my previous visit, it is nice to see the same person still working there, not like many other service shops that cannot hold the good employee's,
Jiffy Lube keep paying these workers a good and fare hourly rate,
This is the number one reason I always return to this place of business for the service to my vehicles, is to see the smiling and friendly faces, with great care in their work for the public,
