Keystones owner & ceo Russ had his employee Gary come my home and update my entire electrical panel. And rewire. Also run ground wires. I was really amazed at the level of priority I was given by my situation. The job was done with exceptional care. Gary was extremely polite and very kind to my dogs, and was very good to talk to, but also kept to the task at hand. All the while staying very professional. Every worker that stepped in my home showed m home a great level of respect. You don’t see this much anymore with workers coming into your home to do work.i will definitely utilize this company again to do work in my home.

These guys are the real deal when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I wish I could give them more stars because they deserve it! I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything close to the service Keystone provides. They are setting a new standard for sure!
I got home shortly after 5:00 on a Friday and half my house was out of power. I called keystone around 5:20, left a message and got a call back 1 minute later from Russ. Casey was then dispatched to my house and arrived shortly before 6. Casey was thorough, friendly, timely and explained clearly what the issue was. He had my power up and running and was gone by 6:15.
If you ever need an electrician, keystone is the only place to call. The communication and service provided is matched by none!

Outstanding job! After installation of my custom arched bookshelves, I was unable to get the puck lighting & accessories to work. The job required electrical wiring into the ceiling. Russ was extremely helpful and coordinated with the cabinet company to remove the crown molding, complete the wiring and later get it reinstalled. He delivered exactly what I asked and created a switch on the wall and even installed my cloud chandelier. I’m obsessed with this space. Keystone is very prompt, collaborative, and efficient. I will go to them for all my electrician needs. THANK YOU!

I am writing this as a tenant of a complex that this company did work on, I was not notified (my management's fault) that this company was coming to do work, HOWEVER, your workers uniforms don't look like workers uniforms (grey sweatshirts without any visible identifying logos, baseball hats, khakis and work boots), they came into my private patio, enclosed, that they had to physically open a closed gate to WITHOUT notifying me first and that is NOT smart as we are an ex-military family, that experienced a shooting right next door to us 2 years ago, and don't take kindly to strangers coming into our private spaces, that COULD have ended VERY badly for your workers! As it looked like two guys breaking into my back patio area from my ring camera. I recommend you get your staff VISIBLE COMPANY uniforms and you let them know to knock on people's doors to announce themselves BEFORE going into private spaces as they never know how a situation or how someone might react!

I needed an urgent service to extend the existing wiring to finish up a bathroom fan replacement. Keystone was great from start to finish extending the wiring and installing the fan very quickly just a day or so after I got in touch with them. The price for any tradesman is high these days but they really saved me in a pinch and that was worth a lot to me. I will call them again the next time I need a bid.
